Not a lot of people know of this place called Swallow Cliff. It’s an amazing place to go and challenge yourself and work out around nature. Great views and makes me feel good knowing I’m able to complete the steps.

Kemah, TX. This area of town is off the waterside and has so many family events. We try to go once a month. It’s always got something fun for kids and adults alike. It’s become a place to relax and just unwind–highly recommend it!

Zuwar Mediterranean Grill and Restaurant. It’s definitely a family restaurant with remnants of what home really means. Authentic homecooked recipes and family fun.

I love my neighborhood! I consider my neighbors like family. We help each other, we look out for each other, and we break bread.

8th Ave. Brooklyn is just a small community, and it has thousands and thousand of people who are in and out this area. Each apartment can live up to 15 people, and that’s why the area can generate over a few thousand lines every month. Any stores at that location are packed because out-of-state people come back once a week on their day off to eat and shop–now that’s our culture.

The sites and smells of City Island. We love to go to City Island Lobster House or The Original Crab Shanty there. Waterfront views and relaxing vibes are a great way for the family to enjoy the day together.

Roger Williams Park in Providence, RI is a great place, sporting many different attractions to enjoy a quiet lunch and recharge.

As you know Ultra Mobile Retailers can offer eSIM to existing Customers. In addition to you calling to request an eSIM, existing Customers can now get eSIM for themselves through the Ultra Mobile App! Recommend this new, Ultra-convenient option to your Customers who have logged into the Ultra Mobile App before.

When requesting an eSIM through the Ultra Mobile App

On the phone that eSIM will be installed on, Customers will select “Account,” found at the bottom right of the Ultra Mobile App toolbar.

They will scroll to “My SIM,” select “Change Device” and select “Get an eSIM.” (Please note, this will only appear if the device is eSIM capable)

They will select “This is my new device” (Please note, if they select “This is not my new device” they will be instructed to use the device that the eSIM should be installed on).

They will follow the in-app instructions to order, verify, and install the eSIM.

When requesting an eSIM for your Customer with a Retailer Support Representative:

Retail Support Representative (RSR) will send an SMS with an OTP (One Time Password) to the Ultra Customer requesting the eSIM.

RSR will send an email to the Customer with Ultra-easy instructions to install the eSIM.

The Customer will then follow the instructions in the email to complete the eSIM Activation.

Clicking on the “Install my eSIM” button will open a unique page with a QR code and Manual instructions to install the eSIM on the Customer’s device

Note that these are only temporary solutions, and we will be launching the official Retailer Portal eSIM option in the near future. Stay tuned!
