PART 1 | DOUBLE THE UNLIMITED DESTINATIONS Ultra Mobile has always been a pioneer in connecting the world. We have a history of bringing breakthrough value to the channel, and are bringing that value to a whole new level—beginning now.

Starting January 5, 2017, we are expanding our $19 and $34 Unlimited Talk/Text plans to include our full 60+ international calling destinations!

[CLICK HERE TO VIEW!] We’ve always believed in the power of connection, and by doubling the unlimited destinations included on these plans, we’re making it even more affordable for your customers to connect with those who matter most.

By including unlimited calling to India, Dominican Republic (Landline), Poland and Brazil – along with Mexico, China, Canada and others – we believe our $19,

$34 and new $45 plans will be the most compelling international calling plans in the market! We’re also expanding unlimited destinations on our $19, $34 and $45 Univision Mobile plans, going from seven to 14 unlimited calling destinations!

These changes also mean simpler plan selection for you. Now you can categorize customers into two segments – those who call Unlimited Destinations, or those who call via International Calling Credit. After that, it's as easy as determining how much data your customer needs – and we're adding more in that department, too!

PART 2 | MORE DATA

Not only are we doubling unlimited international destinations – we're doubling data!

When it comes to mobile phone service, we know data is more important than ever to customers. We've listened closely to you and our customers, and understand our users' desire for freedom to use more high-speed data without incurring additional costs.

Our first step in delivering on the requests for more data was Data My Way™, which allows Ultra and Univision subscribers the control to optimize their monthly plan data. Now, we're continuing our promise to strengthen data offerings in this latest refresh.

We are thrilled to announce that, starting on January 5, 2017, subscribers on ALL $24 and up plans for both Ultra and Univision will be getting more high-speed data at NO extra cost!

First, we're introducing DataXtra, a new offering that brings even more high-speed data to subscribers on all plans $29 and up! Competing plans throttle down to slow 2G speeds after all of a subscriber's 4G LTE was used. With DataXtra, once a subscriber on any $29-and-up plan uses all of their 4G LTE data, their data speed will shift to 3G – granting them extended use of high-

speed data at no additional cost! Subscribers on the Ultra or Univision $29 plan will get 1 GB of the 3G data after all of their 4G has been used, and Ultra and Univision subscribers on a currently-sold plan that's $34 or more per month will get 2GB of 3G data. (Please note: Once a subscriber has used all of their 3G data, their data will be throttled.) Learn more about DataXtra by visiting the FAQ page.

[CLICK HERE TO VIEW] Second, we're adding more 4G LTE data to the Univision Mobile $45 plan! This has always been a great choice for customers who call a variety of different Latin American destinations – but now it's even better because of all the extra data that's now included! Subscribers on Univision Mobile's $45 plan now get 5GB of 4G LTE data every month! When combined with the previously-mentioned 2GB of monthly 3G data, Univision $45 subscribers now get a total of 7GB of high-speed data every month!

Third, we're raising the amount of 4G data for $24 plan subscribers on Ultra and Univision. Instead of 100MB of monthly 4G LTE data, they'll now get 500MB! That's another 400 MB of 4G LTE data every continued on page 4

month at NO extra cost!

Finally, we want all Ultra and Univision subscribers to see for themselves the data they'll save by switching their data speed using Data My Way. That's why all Ultra and Univision customers who joined before September 1, 2016, will be automatically shifted to the "Optimized" data speed. Don't worry – any customer can still switch to any of the other data speeds at any time. We just want to make sure every subscriber gets a firsthand look at how much data they can save with virtually no change to their user experience. Again, if your customers would rather use a speed other than "Optimized," they can change at any time (and as often as they'd like) by changing their settings in their online account.

PART 3 |NEW PLANS OUR NEWEST PLANS OFFER MORE FEATURES AND MORE VALUE

First, Ultra and Univision now offer $49 plans! The NEW Ultra $49 will include the following: -Unlimited Talk to the US and 30+ International Destinations - Unlimited Global Text - Unlimited Data with 2GB of 4G LTE and 2GB at 3G - $20 Call Anywhere Credit - $15 One-Time INTL Roaming Credit The Univision $49 includes the following: - Unlimited Talk to the US and 7 International Destinations - Unlimited Global Text - Unlimited Data with 2GB of 4G LTE

and 2GB at 3G - $20 Call Anywhere Credit - $15 One-Time INTL Roaming Credit Does the new $49 look familiar to you? It should – both $49 plans are identical to their respective brand's $54 plan! Since it's the same plan at a lower price, all current $54 subscribers will automatically be shifted to the new $49 plan on their next billing date. They'll be getting the same great benefits they've always gotten, but now it'll be $5 cheaper!

Please note – all Ultra Mobile subscribers who joined the old Ultra $49 plan before January 5, 2017 are welcome to change plans in order to get the benefits of the NEW Ultra $49 plan. Subscribers can make the switch starting on January 5, 2017, but please note that NEW Ultra $49 plan does not include the UltraZero feature from the older $49 plan.

Second, Ultra Mobile has followed in Univision Mobile's footsteps and now offers a $45 plan! This plan includes unlimited calling to 60+ destinations, as well as 7GB of high-speed data! This includes 5GB of 4G LTE data and 2 GB of 3G data each month, making it a great choice for customers who need lots of data as well as lots of unlimited destinations. Here's everything included on the new $45 Ultra Mobile plan: - Unlimited Talk to the US and 60+ International Destinations - Unlimited Global Text - Unlimited Data with 5GB of 4G LTE and 2GB at 3G - $15 One-Time INTL Roaming Credit

PART 4 |discontinued plans In our effort to simplify our plan mix and bring all these amazing new features to our subscribers, we are saying goodbye to some existing plans.

First, we've discontinued the Ultra Mobile and Univision Mobile $54 plan – as of January 5, 2017, the $54 plan no longer be available to new customers.

However, as we said above, all of the features of the $54 are available on the $49. Think of it this way: It's like getting the $54 plan for $5 less!

Second: As of January 5, 2017, the Ultra Mobile and Univision Mobile $44 plan will no longer be available to new

customers. All current $44 subscribers may keep their plan as-is. However, if they do decide to switch to a different plan, they will NOT be able to switch back to the $44 plan. Also, please note that subscribers who stay on the $44 plan will NOT get the data throttle speed change mentioned earlier. After their 4G LTE data is used, $44 subscribers will have their data speed throttled to 128 kbps.

VIETNAM TRIVIA Vietnam is home to the Son Doong Cave, which is the largest known cave on Earth. It's 5.5 miles long and shelters a river as well as its own jungle. The entrance to Son Doong Cave was only first discovered by humans in 1991, and the cave wasn't actually explored until 2009

Motorbikes are the most popular form of transportation in Vietnam. Over 95% of registered vehicles in Vietnam are motorbikes, and it's estimated that the total number in the country exceeds 37 million.

A popular sport in Vietnam is called sepak takraw. Native to Southeast Asia, the sport is very similar to volleyball, except the ball is made of rattan and players are only allowed to use their head, feet, knees or chest to volley. (No hands allowed!)

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE BIGGEST TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE/OPPORTUNITY FOR ULTRA? I feel that Ultra is a technology company in telecom's clothing. I believe that our founders used technology as the disruptive item to provide value to our customers, our Retailers and our end users. Our team’s goal is to continue this vision and understand that the software we make should be created with the end users in mind at all times.

THERE ARE LOTS OF TECH COMPANIES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. HOW DO YOU COMPETE TO GET THE BEST TALENT ON YOUR TEAM? What top talent seeks, and what makes existing talent happy, are actually the same four items: the ability to work on exciting products, the ability to work with exciting technology, the ability to have ownership and freedom in creativity for developing technology, and an understanding that what we create has an impact on our users. It is my job to make sure we offer the correct environment that promotes the items

TIME FOR SOME PERSONAL QUESTIONS: IN THE SPIRIT OF THE SEASON, DESCRIBE THE GREATEST NEW YEAR'S EVE YOU'VE EVER HAD. My greatest New Year's Eve was December 31, 1999. I was a junior engineer working in San Francisco and truly believed that Y2K was going to lead to the end of modern civilization – power plants exploding, airplanes falling from the skies, etc. I lived that day like it would be the last day of my life.

Consequently, my worst New Year's Day was Jan 1, 2000.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO WHEN THE WEATHER IS PERFECT? I wish I could say I ride my motorcycle, my mountain bike, or my road bike.
