When it comes to sourcing furniture pieces for a project that calls for a seamless blend of new and antique, there really is no other collection to shop than Modern History. The name quite literally says it all!
For my mom’s house, we wanted chairs that felt just as comfortable as they are beautiful. These pieces from Modern History struck the perfect balance. They fit seamlessly into the space while still standing out as something special, and we couldn’t imagine a better choice.

This coffee table was the perfect fit for the living room space in my client's river house. Its overscale size helps anchor the multiple seating areas and provides a cozy feel to a large room. The washed oak gives a nod to driftwood, which is commonly found on the shores of the James River nearby.
