This collection of vanities is based on some of our most classic styles, especially crafted to be the highlight of any bath or powder room. These versatile pieces combine sleek modern finishes such as ebonized wood, acacia and marble with luxurious accents like gold leaf and brass. THE COVINGTON POSTER BED EMBODIED EVERYTHING THAT THE CLIENT ENVISIONED IN THEIR PRIMARY SUITE. THE CLIENT REALLY LOVED THE IDEA OF A 4 POSTER BED, BUT DID NOT WANT IT TO FEEL HEAVY NOR DID THEY WANT ALL GOLD. THE COVINGTON POSTER BED GAVE THEM THE OPTION TO ADD A LITTLE BIT OF GOLD ACCENT ON THE BED, BUT GAVE THE LIGHT FEEL THEY WERE LOOKING FOR.

THIS HOME IS JUST BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY IN WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA SO WE NODDED TO THE COASTAL SURROUNDINGS WITH OUR SOFT SEAGLASS COLOR PALETTE AND WHITEWASHED WOOD TONES. FOR THIS FAMILY OF SIX, ALL OF THE MATERIALS AND SURFACES NEEDED TO BE DURABLE AND EASY TO CLEAN BUT WE ALSO WANTED THEM TO BE BEAUTIFUL AND STYLISH. WE LOVED HOW MODERN HISTORY REFRESHED THE TRADITIONAL LINES OF THE MAUI ARCH CONSOLE WITH WHITEWASHED OAK. THIS UNEXPECTED COMBINATION GIVES THE PIECE A RELAXED REFINEMENT THAT WE LOVED.

THE INTEGRITY OF THIS HISTORIC HOME’S ARCHITECTURE WAS HONORED AND MAINTAINED WITH MOSTLY TRADITIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN. WE WANTED THE WALLS

FLANKING THIS OPENING TO BE SYMMETRICAL, ANCHORED BY A PAIR OF ANTIQUE CHESTS. HOWEVER, IT CAN BE VERY CHALLENGING TO FIND A PAIR THAT ARE OLD. THESE LARGE BOWFRONT CHESTS FROM MODERN HISTORY WERE THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO ACHIEVE A WELL-BALANCED AESTHETIC USING HIGH-QUALITY, ENGLISH ANTIQUE REPRODUCTIONS.

FAIRHOPE, AL THE AVIGNON SIDEBOARD WAS PERFECT FOR THIS FOYER, WHICH NEEDED A LARGE PIECE OF FURNITURE DUE TO THE HIGH CEILINGS. I REALLY WANTED THE SIDEBOARD TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE LARGE GREEN LAMPS AND ANTIQUE MIRROR, AND I LOVED THE FEATHERED WALNUT AGAINST THE OLD CHICAGO BRICK WALL.
