8 AM | COFFEE AND PASTRIES AT THE RISE Head downstairs from your hotel room to get your caffeine fix for the day. Using beans from local roasters Springbok Coffee, our baristas can whip up your favorite beverage in no time.

9:30 AM | BIKE TOUR OF DOWNTOWN Pick up a map from the concierge and hop on a complimentary cruiser from The Restoration, and check out the sights on two wheels. Ask the concierge about our partnership with Charleston Moves, and the best route for taking in the most of downtown. Pro tip: explore the up and coming Cannonborough-Elliottborough neighborhood for beautifully refurbished Charleston single homes, cute boutiques, awesome cuisine, and more.

3:30 PM | GIBBES MUSEUM Charleston’s premier fine arts museum, the Gibbes always has an interesting rotating exhibit in addition to their permanent collections and frequently hosts outdoor concerts in the museum courtyard. Newly renovated in 2017, with a cafe downstairs, the Gibbes is the perfect excuse to step off the hot streets and cool down inside.

6 PM | ROOFTOP DINNER & DRINKS With unparalleled views of downtown, head back to The Restoration for dinner and drinks at our rooftop farm-totable restaurant, The Watch. Chef Nightengale’s menu takes cues from local purveyors and seasonal ingredients for a true taste of the Lowcountry.

11:30 AM | LUNCH (DEALER’S CHOICE)

8:30 PM | CATCH A SHOW

If you’re looking for something beyond shrimp and grits or she crab soup, we have just the spot — head to 167 Raw for killer fish tacos, Xiao Bao Biscuit for some of the best Asian food in town in a funky restored gas station, or head down to Goat.

Sheep.Cow for a glass of rosé and decadent cheese spread.

Head to Dock Street Theatre, located in the historic French Quarter, for a show in America’s very first theatre house. Pro tip: grab a post-show drink around the corner at Bin 152 wine bar, then call it night!

1 PM | VIEW CHARLESTON FROM THE WATER Pick up the Charleston Water Taxi at the Aquarium or down by the Pineapple Fountain. For just $12 a ticket, you can cruise the harbor and get a new perspective on the peninsula. Pro tip: the water taxi is BYOB friendly!
