Youth civil society is only managing to survive rather than thrive. It is fragile in its resourcing, is not seen as a core asset to development partners and, consequently, unable to operate effectively as agents of change.
The potential of youth civil society, which is most representative of the largest youth generation in history, is relatively untapped. With the right support and opportunities, youth civil society is possible the largest opportunity to scale new development approaches today.
