The Core Layer

• It is a composite mixture of stone powder, plastic and resin, and forms the backbone of luxury vinyl Flooring, providing unmatched dimensional stability and sustainability. The amalgamated material exploited in this section stabilizes the layered structure thereby improving the safety quotient further. The core layer also protects the plank / tile from moisture.

Base Layer –

• The last layer is actually an underlayment made from cork / foam that provides comfort and sound proofing properties. The soft material at the base alleviates foot pain which is a common phenomenon associated with wooden or stone flooring. This layer also provides protection against bugs / fungus due to wet surface.

• LVT’s “dimensional stability” provides supreme safety and its printed layer transforms the flooring into a character driven featured object. LVT flooring ( plank and tile ) can be installed in any commercial / business space in a variety of configurations while its unlimited customization options allow designers to blend it seamlessly with any interior.
