SERVICES

STD TESTING & TREATMENT

These new services help us build trust with our clients and prevent future unplanned pregnancies.

CLINICAL PREGNANCY TESTING

Clinical pregnancy tests are provided free of charge to all female clients who come to Resource Health seeking assistance with an unplanned pregnancy. Tests are performed by licensed medical professionals.

ULTRASOUND SERVICES

An ultrasound provides the critical first meeting between mother, father, and baby. It gives the parents a window to the womb that allows the baby’s heartbeat to be seen.

ADVOCACY

Male and female client advocates lay the groundwork for further support, services, and resources, and are often able to share the gospel and pray with them.

EDUCATION

Both moms and dads can enroll in specialized education programs. All of our locations provide group classes and individual case management.

FATHERHOOD

Our trained staff of male client advocates do the critical work to engage fathers as participants rather than spectators. Through advocacy, education, and support, we empower fathers to step into their God-given responsibilities with the tools and education they need.

MENTORING

Mentoring is a critical step in connecting our clients with the local church. Mentors meet one-on-one with clients, or host classes at one of our partner churches.

FATHERHOOD PROGRAM

Ithasbeensaidthatifonepersonoeredto standbyapregnantwomancontemplatingabortion, that’sallitwouldtakeforhertochooselife

86% of abortions are among unmarried women and the father of her baby is the most influential in her decision. His voice in her life is powerful and life-changing.

11

Dads matter.

Men have a profound impact on every aspect of an unplanned pregnancy and in their role as fathers once their child is born. Resource Health is not only about empowering pregnant women to choose life, but also caring about moms, dads, and babies throughout the pregnancy and after their child is born. The presence of a father in a child’s life is essential to their development emotionally, physically, economically, and spiritually. A father’s influence impacts their child well into adulthood.

Resource Health Mentors are vital to the completion of our mission. When a mentor engages heart-toheart with a client, they become the strategic connection to the local church. A relationship with a local church creates the best atmosphere for continued spiritual growth and generational change.

16

DONORS speak. Scripture says in Psalm 139:13-16, “You knitted me together in my mother’s womb... I was wonderfully made... in your book were written the days that were formed for me.” God created each of us wonderfully. Grace Church’s vision is to help everyone become an outward-focused follower of Jesus. Partnering with Resource Health helps us accomplish our vision. They share the gospel, share hope, and help save hundreds of babies’ lives.

CHASE LEGERE

Grace Church — Overland Park & Olathe, KS

As a follower of Jesus Christ, I believe strongly that the preborn, weak, vulnerable, handicapped, and needy deserve our respect and care. Antioch Bible Baptist Church financially partners with this ministry because we share both a strong passion for life and a mission of making an eternal difference for Christ across generations. It is a privilege and joy to partner with Resource Health in this life-saving ministry!

We partner with Resource Health because they see an unborn child as a soul who needs saving and the parents of that child as souls who need support, education and truth. They have invested in themselves in order to be the kind of organization others will want to invest in.

RICK & JAN BRITTON & FAMILY Jeremiah 924 Foundation

God first drew my attention during a church announcement— making me aware of how Resource Health is saving lives and serving our community. That led to curiosity to learn more, followed by a desire to encourage young boys and men to choose life and embrace fatherhood. I am extremely blessed to have a strong, engaged, loving dad who showed me what it means to be a man, husband, father, son, and friend. Resource Health provides a great pathway to share that with others.

KEITH & AMEE SMALL

Fatherhood Education

Life is a precious gift and from my earliest years at Con Carpet, Conrad Graham was very active in supporting pro-life and pregnancy resource centers. From that point on I was made aware of the much needed prayer and support that is vital for these ministries to stand in the gap. Laura and I love ministries such as Resource Health that provide much needed alternatives for young men and women. We feel the cause of life is near to the heart of God! We are honored to be a small part of this ministry and pray God’s constant blessing over Resource Health and protecting the precious gift of life.

What We Treasure We treasure the sacredness of human life and believe we should protect it and advocate for it without hesitation. We treasure a Holy Creator who has fashioned every human in the womb on purpose, for a purpose. We treasure the law of kindness and compassionate care for those who are navigating through difficult circumstances. We treasure community, and believe by working together we are made better. We treasure helping the weak find their strength and believe that mistakes are opportunities for growth and redemption. We treasure every day as a gift and every breath a miraculous moment. We treasure unearthing hope from the rubble and intentionally introducing others to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
