My name is Christian and I’m a 27-year-old travel filmmaker with an audience of 2.5 million subscribers/ followers and through this surprisingly profitable career path, I’ve become a self-made millionaire.

Five years ago, I was working 9-5 at EY in Vancouver, and I was incredibly unhappy and unmotivated. So I decided to change everything. I quit a great job, sold everything I owned, and bought a one-way ticket to Thailand to try and find a way to monetize my passion for travel and filmmaking. With no money and no plan, I grabbed my GoPro camera and started recording my travel experiences and sharing them on YouTube.

When I started, I didn’t have a single photography bone in my body. In fact, I used to be terrified of speaking to the camera! When the camera turned on, my brain turned off. But with time and practice, I went from being

someone who didn’t belong in front or behind the camera to becoming a great visualstoryteller. When I look back at my older videos, it reminds me where this journey started and I’m proud of how far the channel has come. But today is no different. There’s a ton of room for improvement and I’m always striving to be better.

Since quitting my job and making that life-changing decision over 5 years ago, the Lost LeBlanc brand has become a hugely successful and profitable business. It’s empowered me to travel the world with loved ones while sharing my journey with a community of over 2.5 million people. It’s enabled me to earn more in a week than I could in a full year working at EY.

It’s allowed me to travel to around 50 countries and experience some of the most luxurious experiences in the world. From staying in some of the most luxurious resorts, such as the Atlantis Dubai Underwater Suite, or a private

island resort like Soneva Kiri in Thailand and a personal favorite, riding aboard the 5* Hyram Bingham train through Peru. The best part is, I get to do these things without spending a penny (sometimes even being paid to share these experiences). Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the life I live today. My passion and a lot of hard work have given me my dream life. The whole world is online and there are countless people looking for entertainment or education and they want to get it from someone like you!

Over the past year, my main goal in life has shifted from creating travel videos to teaching others how to build an audience and monetize their love for photography and videography. This is why I spent the last year developing the Lost Creator Academy.

The Lost Creator Academy is an online academy with roughly 75 videos and 40 hours of information-packed lessons. From content creator basics to mastering your photography and videography; as well as the insider tips to mastering your business and getting paid! One of my first-ever success stories, Christopher Lau, secured a 3-night all-inclusive stay in the Philippines with under 10K followers on Instagram. At 40K followers, British Airways paid him to travel and he’s recently closed a paid deal for a 20-day safari in Africa.
