Personal Time Off (PTO) Policy 2.31
To encourage work/life balance, we feel it’s important for you to have adequate time away to recharge. The matrix below outlines PTO accrual for employees who work 40 hours per week. Those who are scheduled to work between 30-39 hours per week will accrue hours on a prorated basis.

PTO is not available for part-time employees.
Carryover for PTO
We encourage employees to use all of their earned PTO each year. Earned but unused PTO up to a maximum of 120 hours will be carried over the pay period following the employee’s anniversary. Every year at the end of the pay period of your hire date, unused PTO (up to 40 hours) in excess of 120 hours will rollover to your RSL (see the following page for RSL information).
