SUMMARY OF MEMBERSHIP PREMIER/FULL MEMBERSHIP

• Premier/Full Members are entitled to ALL privileges and amenities that The Reserve has to offer. This includes the use of Golf facilities without payment of greens fees, only cart fees ($27.50). Premier/Full Members also have advance tee time reservation privileges (currently 14 days).

• The Premier Membership is not convertible to another level of membership.

• The Full Membership is convertible to a Premier, Sport, or Social membership.

• No Food & Beverage minimums are required.

INITIATION DEPOSIT: $60,000 - 50% Refundable MONTHLY DUES: $787.36 + $39.37 Tax = $826.73

S P O RT S MEMBERSHIP

• Sports Memberships entitle the Member to enjoy all of the privileges of the Social membership plus the use of Golf facilities and the Tennis & Fitness Centers. Sports Members pay full greens fees for golf ($95 + $27.50 cart fee. Taxes are not included).

• No Food & Beverage minimums are required.

• Advance tee time reservation privileges (7 days in advance).

INITIATION FEE: $30,000.00 - Nonrefundable MONTHLY DUES: $565.37 + $28.27 Tax = $593.64

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

• The Social Membership entitles the Member to enjoy the Clubhouse, Pool, and Marina. In addition, the Member may enjoy guest privileges, the opportunity to participate in social activities, and member rates for rental of club facilities.

• No Food & Beverage minimums are required.

• No access to Golf, Fitness or Tennis facilities.

INITIATION FEE: $11,000.00 - Nonrefundable MONTHLY DUES: $330.00 + $16.50 Tax = $346.50

*Effective January 1, 2021. All amounts are subject to change at any time by Club Operator.

LEGACY PROGRAM When you are a Reserve Premier/Full Member, your immediate family has the opportunity to join also.

LEGACY MEMBERSHIP

• Eligibility: Legacy Privileges are available to the parents, children, and grandchildren of the Primary member and spouse/partner.

• Primary Members simply register participating family members for the Legacy program and pay an annual fee of $100 per enrollee, capped at $500 per primary membership annually.

• Legacy Participants pay a reduced greens fee of $30 in addition to the normal cart fee. Tee time may be requested one week in advance and will be assigned after 11:00 am unless playing with a Primary Member.

• Legacy Participants are welcome to attend all club events, with priority given to Primary Members. Legacies are assigned to the waiting list until one week prior to events. Legacy Participants cannot participate in the major club tournaments (Club Championship, Founders Cup, Member-Guest, MemberMember). However, they may play as a guest in the MemberGuest Tournament.

• Legacy Participants may have up to 3 guests on a single day playing golf or at the pool, up to a total of 12 accompanied guest per year.

Below is some information that you will find useful in closing properties within The Reserve at Lake Keowee in accordance with the recorded covenants and club documents.

Please collect from the Seller the Community Enhancement Fee of 1/4 of 1% of the selling price.
