Trudy LaCava of Lititz, Pa., likes to tell everyone she is 38 years old. “Well, that’s how old I feel anyway,” jokes the 83-yearold retired substitute schoolteacher who is a mother of 6, grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 18. Today’s modern world is designed to keep us moving fast, which over time can take a toll on your overall health. This was the case with Jeff Marshall, who as a fulltime sales representative in the Lehigh Valley, found himself in the car… a lot.
