Het referentieboek van RENSON® geeft het woord ‘referentie’ een nieuwe dimensie. Naast ‘verwijzing’ betekent een referentie hier vooral ‘inspiratie’. Ook deze 8ste uitgave van ons referentieboek heeft als doel een bron van inspiratie te zijn voor uw huidige en toekomstige projecten.

Bij elk van de geselecteerde projecten leveren de innovatieve RENSON®-oplossingen ook een toegevoegde waarde aan de architectuur, het comfort en/of de functionaliteit van het gebouw. RENSON® is immers in de loop der jaren uitgegroeid van een productleverancier tot een partner, die van bij het ontwerp bij een bouwproject betrokken wordt. Wij denken graag met u mee, op weg naar een energiezuinig gebouw met een goede luchtkwaliteit, een aangename temperatuur, een gecontroleerde lichtinval en oog voor het esthetische.

Goede luchtkwaliteit Besparen op energie is belangrijk, maar daarbij mag de gezondheid van de gebruiker niet uit het oog verloren worden. Zonder zuurstof kunnen wij niet leven. Als wij onze gebouwen alsmaar luchtdichter maken, dan moeten wij ook meer en beter nadenken over ventilatie om voldoende gezonde lucht binnen te laten. Continue, gecontroleerde ventilatie komt de gezondheid van de gebruiker ten goede, maar vermijdt ook schade, zoals condensvorming of schimmel, aan het gebouw.

Comfortabele temperaturen Grote glaspartijen zorgen voor veel licht en gezelligheid. Bovendien vermindert de zon tijdens de koude wintermaanden en de tussenseizoenen het energieverbruik. In de warme zomermaanden denken wij er vaak helemaal anders over. De zonnestralen kunnen ons dan een oncomfortabel gevoel bezorgen. Door de verbeterde isolatie blijft de warmte in het gebouw hangen, met oververhitting tot gevolg. Bovendien kunnen door die zon ook reflecties in schermen en verkleuring van vloer, meubilair, … optreden. Deze problemen kunnen eenvoudig vermeden worden dankzij een efficiënte zonwering.

Esthetische meerwaarde Uiteraard wil het oog ook wat … of net niet? Terwijl ventilatie steeds onopvallender in het geheel verdwijnt, gaan functionaliteit en esthetiek bij zonwering, gevelbekleding en outdoor-oplossingen hand in hand.

Screens, schuifpanelen of aluminium lamellen als zonwering, aluminium lamellen als gevelbekleding of terrasoverkappingen, ze leveren één voor één een meerwaarde aan de architectuur van een gebouw.

Pour chacun des projets sélectionnés, RENSON® a proposé des solutions apportant une plus-value à l’architecture, au confort et/ou à la fonctionnalité du bâtiment. RENSON® a évolué au cours des années d’un fournisseur de produits à un partenaire qui est partie prenante du projet de construction depuis sa conception. Nous vous accompagnons volontiers dans votre recherche d’un bâtiment écoresponsable avec une bonne qualité d’air et des températures agréables ainsi qu’un apport contrôlé de luminosité et un aspect esthétique important.

Une bonne qualité d’air Il est important de réaliser des économies d’énergie, mais il ne faut surtout pas le faire au détriment de la santé des occupants.

Nous ne pouvons pas vivre sans oxygène. Si nous réalisons des bâtiments de plus en plus étanches à l’air, il est important d’accorder davantage d’attention à la ventilation afin de laisser pénétrer suffisamment d’air sain à l’intérieur. Une ventilation continue et contrôlée est indispensable à la santé du consommateur mais évite aussi toutes sortes de dégâts au bâtiment provoqués par la formation de condensation ou de moisissures.

Des températures confortables De grandes baies vitrées laissent pénétrer beaucoup de lumière et créent de ce fait une atmosphère agréable. Elles permettent également de limiter la consommation énergétique à l’entre-saison et en hiver grâce à un apport bienvenu de soleil. Pendant les mois chauds de l’été par contre il en va tout autrement. Les rayons du soleil peuvent s’avérer inconfortables. L’isolation poussée de nos habitations enferme la chaleur à l’intérieur du bâtiment et entraîne la surchauffe. Le soleil peut provoquer des réverbérations désagréables sur les écrans et entraîner aussi la décoloration du sol ou du mobilier. Ces problèmes peuvent facilement être résolus grâce à une protection solaire extérieure efficace.

Une plus-value esthétique Visible ou invisible ? Tandis que la ventilation se fait de plus en plus discrète dans l’ensemble du bâtiment, la fonctionnalité et l’esthétique de la protection solaire, de l’habillage de façade et des solutions outdoor vont de pair. Les stores, panneaux coulissants ou lames filantes en aluminium en tant que protection solaire ou recouvrement de façade, les toitures de terrasse, tous contribuent à l’esthétique d’ensemble du bâtiment et apportent une plus-value architecturale.

Gute Luftqualität Energie sparen ist wichtig, aber dabei darf die Gesundheit des Nutzers nicht vernachlässigt werden. Ohne Sauerstoff können wir nicht leben. Wenn wir unsere Gebäude immer luftundurchlässiger machen, müssen wir auch mehr und besser über Belüftung nachdenken, um genügend gesunde Luft in das Gebäude hinein zu lassen. Kontinuierliche, kontrollierte Belüftung kommt der Gesundheit des Nutzers zugute und vermeidet zudem Schäden durch Kondenswasser- oder Schimmelbildung am Gebäude.

Angenehme Temperaturen Große Glasflächen sorgen für viel Licht und Behaglichkeit. Außerdem senkt die Sonneneinstrahlung in den kalten Wintermonaten und Übergangsjahreszeiten den Energieverbrauch. In den warmen Sommermonaten denken wir hierüber häufig anders. Die Sonnenstrahlen können dann unangenehm für uns sein. Aufgrund der verbesserten Isolierung bleibt die Wärme im Gebäude, was eine Überhitzung zur Folge hat. Außerdem können durch die Sonne auch Reflexionen in Bildschirmen und Verfärbungen von Böden, Möbeln usw. auftreten. Diese Probleme lassen sich mithilfe eines effektiven Sonnenschutzes leicht vermeiden. Ästhetischer Mehrwert Natürlich möchte auch das Auge angesprochen werden ... oder gerade nicht? Während Belüftungen immer unauffälliger im Gesamtbild verschwinden, gehen bei Sonnenschutzsystemen, Fassadenverkleidungen und Lösungen für den Außenbereich Funktionalität und Ästhetik Hand in Hand. Screens, Schiebeläden oder Aluminiumlamellen als Sonnenschutz, Aluminiumlamellen als Fassadenverkleidung oder Terrassenüberdachungen sind allesamt eine Bereicherung für die Architektur eines Gebäudes.

The RENSON® reference book gives the word ‘reference’ a new dimension. Besides ‘reference’, in this case, it particularly relates to ‘inspiration’. This 8th edition of our reference book aims to be a source of inspiration for your current and future projects.

The innovative RENSON® solutions also provide added value for the building’s architecture, comfort and/or function in each of the selected projects. Over the years, RENSON® has also evolved from a product supplier to a partner, who is involved from a construction project’s design phase. We enjoy putting our heads together with you, to create an energy efficient building with good air quality, comfortable temperatures, controlled levels of sunlight and a high level of design.

Good air quality Saving energy is important but must not compromise the user’s health. We cannot survive without qualitative oxygen. If we make our buildings more airtight we must also increasingly think about more effective ventilation solutions to allow enough healthy air inside. Constant, controlled ventilation benefits the user but also prevents damage to the building such as condensation or mildew.

Comfortable temperatures Large glass surfaces provide lots of light and atmosphere. Furthermore, during the cold winter months and the intermediate seasons, the solar gains reduce our energy consumption. However in the hot summer months we often think very differently. The rays of the sun can then make us feel uncomfortable. Improved insulation means that the heat is trapped inside the building, which can lead to overheating. The sun can also cause reflections in screens and discolour flooring and furniture etc., which can easily be prevented by using efficient sun protection.

Aesthetic added value Naturally it should also be pleasing on the eye. While ventilation is generally invisibly integrated the functionality and aesthetics of sun protection, façade cladding and outdoor solutions go hand-in-hand. Screens, sliding panels or aluminium blades used as sun protection or aluminium blades used as façade cladding or terrace covering all offer added value to the building’s architecture.
