6 CorporateDisciplines ConsistencyiskeyinthepursuitofGod.Ourchurchhas continuedtotakemajor,measurablestridesinthisarea, furtherestablishingarhythmforusalltocontinuallygrow andexperiencemoreofGodtogether.Howmuchwould yougrowifyouattendedeachofthesefollowingevents overtime? SaturdayMorningPrayer WehaveheldSaturdayMorningprayereveryweekatthe churchthisyear.Consistentparticipationhasdoubledto over24people. 1stWednesday Weheldacorporateworshipnightonthefirstweekof eachmonththisyear.Oneparticularhighlightwashosting SautiWorship,anAfricanworshipevent,Ourworshipteam partneredwiththeirstoputontheincrediblenight.Thelive recordinghasnearly1,000viewsonourYouTubeplaylist, andthegroundispavedforfutureevents. MakeaDifference ServeDay2022 Onourfirstchurch-wide“ServeDay”sinceourlocation change,wemobilized122participantstopickuptrashin nearbyapartmentcomplexes,andtoprepareourgrounds tohosttheKAAcamp.Afterward,wehostedablockparty forourvolunteersandthecommunity. KAA2022 FromJuly16th-22nd,wehostedAtlanta’sfirstKidsAcross Americacamponourcampus.KidsAcrossAmericahas existedformanyyearsandhashadasignificantimpactin buildingChristianleadersbyencouraging,equipping,and empoweringurbanyouthandtheirmentorsthrough campingandeducation.Theyhadbeensearchingfora suitablelocationandwereoverjoyedtopartnerwithus.We wereabletoofferthemanidealspacefreeofchargeand evengatheredfoodmaterialsforthecampers.Wewere evenabletohouse30volunteersatthebuilding,dueto improvementsmadetoourfacilitythisyear,including gettingthelockerroomsandshowersoperational.KAA broughtaround70kidstoattendthecamp.Wehad22 signupsofourown.WearealreadyplanningforKAA2023 together. 9
OnsitePartnerships During2022,wewereabletoinitiateanongoing partnershipwithTheAcademy,anon-traditionalschool specializinginteachingchildrenwithdyslexia,ADHDand Non-TraditionalLearners.TheymeetinourElementary spaceduringschoolhours. WealsohosttheGaoSchoolofChineseCultureinour Pre-Kwing. SignificantHostingEvents WehavehostedtheEliteWomenofExcellenceforan eventthisyearandarepartneringwiththeorganizationin thefuturetocontinueandinvestintheyoungwomenwho attendlocalhighschools.EWOEexiststohelpteengirls envisiontheirfutureandlearnvaluesthatlastalifetime. Wearehostingalock-inthisFebruary. TheCobbCountySchoolDistrictcounselorshavetoured ourspaceandwillbeutilizingourspaceforfuturetrainings andmeetings(somemeetingswillincludeallthehigh schoolcounselorsinthedistrict,overahundred professionals). Weareabletohostfreeofchargeandblessthese communitypartnersimmenselybecauseofthe stewardshipwehaveshownoverourspace.Allofthese partnershipshaveformedthroughouttheyearof2022. 10
CommunityPartnersTeam ThisyearourCommunityPartnersTeamgrew tremendouslyinleadershipandability.Wehostedourfirst everServeDayinJuly2022.Thiswasachurch-wide servingdaywhereweservedourneighborsandpartied afterwards.Thedaywasbeautifulfilledwithcommunity, food,trashpickup,beautificationofourchurch,and dancing. AlongwithServeDay,wehaveformedapartnershipwith theTableonDelk.TheTableonDelkexiststostopsex traffickinginAtlanta.Weprovidemealstowomenand childrenandmeetthevulnerableinpersontwiceamonth.
