For us, it’s really simple, nd the best local produce. Don’t use it if it’s not at its peak. Use it only to celebrate the chosen base spirit and not to mask it or cover it up with sweeteners. en get out of Mother Nature’s way.
At our bar we spend a lot of time cooking. Sounds crazy because we don’t serve food, but we put 7 hours in prepping before we ever open our doors. We make a large selection of butters, bitters, and non-re ned sweeteners. e two bene ts of these all natural and non-re ned sweeteners is they enhance the avors of the base spirits and have no congeners.
At e Z Bar we say “from our kitchen to your glass” and we mean it. We work really hard to ensure every drink is clean, crisp and extremely well balanced.
Our cocktails change often. Sometimes our patrons are disappointed that the cocktail they love is out of season. We would rather disappoint by not making the requested cocktail than by making a disappointing cocktail.
At e Z Bar we strive for perfection in our cocktails and our service in a relaxing environment.
