CHVRCHES

Pronounced “churches,” the Scottish electropop band reportedly chose the Roman "v" to avoid confusion with actual churches on internet searches. The band’s debut studio album The Bones of What You Believe was released in September 2013 and the single “The Mother We Share” is on regular rotation on most alternative radio stations. The group came in fifth on the BBC’s Sound of 2013 list of the most promising new music talent. The show starts at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16. Tickets are $27.50.
