9/23:Blair Crimmins & The Hookers Churchill Arts Council presents a concert by the Atlantabased ensemble. The group blends ragtime of the 1920s with Dixieland jazz, emphasizing Crimmins’ high-energy vocals, Gypsy guitar and a New Orleans-style horn section.
