2. Our Journey In 1996, Renny Strips Ltd embarked on its dynamic journey under the leadership of Mr. Binny Gupta. 3. Manufacturing Capabilities Renny Strips operates an integrated steel manufacturing ecosystem engineered for precision, performance and sustainability. The process begins with raw material melting, billet casting and hot rolling to produce narrow-width HR coils and wire rods, which form the base for ERW pipes, scaffolding systems, formwork components and forged parts. Advanced tube mills, coating lines and multi-stage processing ensure consistent mechanical properties, durability and structural integrity across the product range. An in-house design and engineering centre drives product innovation through custom component development, 3D CAD modelling, structural analysis, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping, powered by AutoCAD, SolidWorks and CAM tools for CNC/VMC programming. The Company's technology backbone includes induction furnaces, continuous casting machines, rolling mills, CNC machines, robotic welding, electro-galvanizing facilities and DiFOC-enabled digital furnace control, enabling manufacture across steel grades of 235-460 MPa in a wide range of thicknesses, diameters and profiles.

5. Quality Assurance & Standards Quality is central to Renny Strips' operations. The Company's Quality Management System (QMS) is aligned with globally recognised certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, EN 1090 (Execution Class 2) for structural steel, ISO 3834-2 for fusion welding of metallic materials, and CE Marking for compliance with European standards. Every production batch passes through a three-stage inspection protocol - raw material testing, in-process inspection and final product verification - enabled by a digitally integrated QMS that provides complete traceability from raw materials to finished product, with real-time documentation of test results, inspection reports and certifications.
