1946 A small Sydney stamp dealership, John Laredo & Co, began importing and selling Lighthouse Stamp Albums from Germany.
1981 Ashfield NSW. The business was taken over by Lighthouse Philatelics, owned by Alan Pitt and family.

1983 Ian Pitt, current CEO, commences working in the business.
1983 Move to Chippendale NSW. New premises close to Sydney Central Station.
1986 Our first computer. It’s a game-changer. Acquisition of major competitor Lilroy Pty Ltd.
1992 Acquisition of Dion Skinner’s Renniks Publications.
1998 Acquisition of the Stamp Factory, Dubbo.
1999 Move to Banksmeadow NSW. Larger modern warehouse.

2002 Acquisition of Brookland Books Australia automotive.
2005 Acquisition of Wholesale Stamp and Coin Accessories Queensland.
2008 Acquisition of Cameron McMillian Automotive Publications
2008 Acquisition of Max Ellery Automotive Service Manuals
2009 Australian distributor for Leuchtturm 1917, Germany Notebooks, planners, journals, pens.
2016 Australian distributor for Veloce Publishing, UK motoring books.
2018 Michael Pitt comes on board as director.
2019 Renniks Web Services, our own cloud system begins.
2020 Major upgrade of IT and systems completed before Covid hits, allowing work from home, and greater eCommerce sales.
2021 Move to our new site in Matraville NSW. Renniks Publications moves to a purpose-designed warehouse and re-brands as Renniks Group.
