Often, the biggest obstacle when one is preparing to move or is trying to declutter an existing home or office is just plain junk, i.e., the stuff you neither want nor need, but also items that you don’t know how to dispose of conveniently. Enter Junk King, a privately owned company, originally founded in California in 2005 that has become today, the #1 Rated Junk Removal Service in North America, with more than 100 locally owned franchises in 32 states and Canada. Fortunately for us residents who may experience the need (more often than we might imagine) there is a local Junk King franchise that serves us and our clients in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Franchise owners, DeWitt and Shelly Rote, who after many years spent traveling to satisfy the requirements of careers in finance, business and education, decided in 2017 to stay home to enjoy family life spent with their growing children and also to focus on building a great new business in their home town, San Antonio. Whether one wants to admit it or not we all accumulate junk, and though we may, at least temporarily, think of these items as treasure that we plan to hang on to and cherish forever, we may later find that they no longer fit our life style. When we plan to move or when our homes have become filled with things that we no longer find are absolute necessities for us to maintain our home or office life, it is perhaps time for us to consider calling upon people who can help us resolve the dilemma. Again, enter Junk KingSan Antonio! The whole team at Junk King, especially DeWitt and Shelly, are passionate about customer service. They go the extra mile to make sure that clients are satisfied with the service they get. When you book an appointment with Junk King you can expect their crew to arrive equipped with their big red trucks and a crew of hauling professionals to get the job done efficiently. These teams are trained to go to homes that need help getting rid of clutter in the greenest way possible. You can be rest assured that your items are not going to go straight to the landfill. They will be sorted at their recycling facility right here in San Antonio to ensure that up to 60% of every load is recycled, re-purposed, and/or donated. They also consistently go beyond what is negotiated by cleaning and straightening all the areas where they have worked. They give their customers more than they expected. Both Shelly and DeWitt have a strong “sense of community” and have served as coaches for the local school basketball and soccer teams, and also find time to teach Sunday school. They look forward to making Junk King San Antonio a strong and positive asset for their neighbors and the entire local community. This, among many other reasons, was why operating an environmentally friendly business was so important to the Rote family. They said they think of Junk King as an asset that is able to help all different kinds of people by meeting their needs. They are really into to recycling as they are able to donate to local charities, and repurpose discarded or worn out items, giving them new life! This way they are also helping to extend the life expectancy of the local landfills by directing materials back into the hands of those who can benefit. Also, as often happens, when an elderly person dies and leaves their home to a relative, the heir is frequently at a loss as to what to do with the house and how to dispose of the contents. That would be a perfect time to recommend they call upon the friendly services of the Rote family at Junk King San Antonio, who will see that all of the deceased’s now unwanted family treasures that remain will be given a second chance with someone else who actually has a need for the items. So, for situations like this and for those who want to downsize before moving their home contents or for those who just want to get rid of their accumulated clutter they can schedule an appointment by calling (888) 888-JUNK (5865).
