Young People For (YP4) is a national power building program that gives young people who have been historically marginalized the resources, tools and community they need to Build a Better Now. We are dedicated to encouraging young people to be campus and community leaders today, while supporting them with the skills and resources they need to create the change they want to see, now.

WHY WE DO IT We know, in order to create innovative solutions to the problems in our communities, we must invest in the people who have the answers- young people. We also know, one- time investments aren’t enough for sustainable change. We must make serious, long-term investment in our leaders-now. Young people provide a vital infusion of ideas, energy, and passion, and their continued activism and leadership are critical to building a progressive future.

O U R I M PAC T For 15 years, Young People For has been a leader in identifying, engaging, and empowering young people and has been a springboard for some of the most innovative creators and activists of our time. We measure our impact not only in the breadth of our 1,900 member alumni network that are leading in all industries but in the communities they have served.
