On behalf of the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans, welcome to the 2025 Parade of Homes—our region’s premier home design event! This year’s Parade, proudly presented by James Hardie Building Products, Orleans Furniture, and OnPath Credit Union, features 16 stunning dream homes built by 14 of our area’s most respected builders.
We are thrilled to showcase the creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation of the builders, subcontractors, and vendors who make the Greater New Orleans homebuilding industry shine. The 2025 Parade of Homes offers a firsthand look at the latest trends in architecture, layout, and interior design. From flexible, multi-functional floor plans to outdoor living spaces designed for year-round enjoyment, this year’s homes highlight the features today’s homeowners crave, including the newest styles in lighting, fixtures, and appliances.

We’re also proud to once again support the St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. With 2,768 sq. ft., three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms, it’s a beautiful home supporting an even more beautiful cause.
