The Renaissance Paris République Hotel, decorated by the interior designer Didier Gomez, has 107 rooms, 13 suites and 1 penthouse.
In the heart of the lively Canal Saint-Martin district, our restaurant Martin offers a green interlude in Paris with a capacity of up to 70 diners and a bar as well as 2 large terraces.
Our Spa Renaissance République "by Sothys" is organized around a fitness room and a wellness area composed of a sauna, hammam, whirlpools and treatment rooms.
Since 2017, the hotel has held the "Green Key" label. Our goal is to reduce our carbon footprint by 20% through our energy, water and waste controls as well as our responsible purchasing.
The Renaissance Paris République is an urban oasis, an invitation to live a vibrant experience integrated with the bohemian soul of the neighborhood.
This historic district of Paris will satisfy all your desires with its galleries, boutiques, bistros and typically Parisian cobblestone streets. A few steps from the hotel, you can also explore the Pompidou Center.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Through the Xth and XIth arrondissements of Paris, the Saint-Martin canal links the Villette basin to the Arsenal basin. A popular and romantic Paris that has long been a source of inspiration for many artists.
The Grands Boulevards
The Grands Boulevards is one of the most animated districts of Paris.
During the day as well as at night, you will come across the Tout-Paris frequenting the bars, theaters, clubs and restaurants.

THE PLACE
A HOTEL AT THE ROOTS OF ART
The building was built in the 1970s by Jean-Jacques Ferrier, who was awarded the Grand Prix International d'Urbanisme et d'Architecture for his work. The main tower of the hotel has been classified as a "monument registered in the historical heritage of the city of Paris".
The atypical façade is composed of 77 geometrically arranged windows.
For several months before the opening of the hotel, the place was occupied by a community of artists including the most famous Kouka.
The Renaissance Paris République Hotel was awarded "The Best Innovation in Hotel Concept - 2015" by Hospitality On, for its project to rebuild this iconic location.

Infused alcohols and homemade syrups, cold extracted juices, spice cocktails, and our organic and natural wine growers' nuggets.
In the kitchen and at the bar, everything is homemade at Martin's. Our mixologist Antoine Perro creates a menu of spicy cocktails, perfect for spicing up your evenings. His favorite concoction: the Bloody Mary revisited in striking versions, with syrups made on site and disruptive ingredients (bacon, butternut). Creations to sip on the lush terrace or in the intimate setting of the bar, with a DJ soundtrack.
