ILong in the planning has been The Rivera Malibu located in Pratumnak’s Soi 5 (see our back cover). With EIA planning granted some 18 months ago, this project has been on hold due to Covid for some time now but Winston and his team feel it’s finally time to launch it – great!

This project will no longer be a stand-alone Condominium development as all Riviera’s of the past, but a Luxury Hotel with limited Residential condominiums. Information at this point has been limited (even to us) but what we do know is there will only be 128 residences for sale, where lucky buyers will get to enjoy all the benefits the Hotel offers.
