The well-being of our smallest guests is close to our hearts. You can reserve a baby bed if you need one.

If required, we change your bed linen daily. Just ask at reception.
Blankets
To make sure you don’t get cold feet, we can provide extra blankets and woolen blankets, as well as allergy-friendly duvets, subject to availability.

Check-in
You can check in your room after 3 pm. If possible even earlier.
Check-out
Please leave the room before 11 am. If you need some extra time, please ask us. Your luggage is in any case in safe hands at our reception.
Currency exchange
You can get Swiss francs at banks (Mon – Fri: 9 am – 5 pm), at Küssnacht am Rigi railway station, and at ATMs. The closest one is located just 100 meters from the hotel, at Unterdorf 16.

The emergency exits are signposted and indicated in the escape plan on the door of your room.
Fire alarm / escape plan
In case of fire: please remain calm and follow the indications on the door of your room. The emergency exits are marked, there is a fire extinguisher on every floor. You cannot use the elevator in case of fire.
Hygienic covers for mattresses and pillows (encasings)
Pillows and mattresses are provided with protective covers. They are anti-bacterial and mite-proof, but still breathable.
