Our transaction coordinator manages all of the tasks and paperwork involved in a real estate transaction. From preparing documents for clients, to processing the closure of the file, our transaction coordinator is a key asset to ensuring that our files are properly completed when we close escrow..

Office Manager

Listing Coordinator Our listing coordinator assists our transaction coordinator by loading listings into the MLS, ordering up signs and handling listing paperwork. This person ensures that flyer boxes are always stocked and our signs are waving proud.

Our office manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of our company. Duties include creating new MLS listings, assisting with title exams, title sheets, accounts receivable and payable, coordinating buyer and seller information and general staff management. Our office manager runs point on all operations and is typically the first person you see when entering our office.
