BEFORE heading to the property, simply open the SentriCONNECT app while on Wi-Fi or cellular data to validate your credentials with SentriLock for 24 hours (as we have areas with spotty or no cell service).
When at the property, press "ENT" on the lockbox to activate the Bluetooth connection (which is required for the ELB to OPEN)
