QUARTER 2 2020 continues to be an interesting year in many ways. The amount of stock coming on to the market is around 35% less than last year. This is creating a shortage in supply as there are still plenty of people wanting to buy. Generally, time on market is down as eager Buyers are snapping up the limited supply. With the second lock down starting, I think we will be in for more of the same, Vendors holding off waiting for some stability and the Buyers chasing what comes to market.
