As we head into the Easter long weekend, the market across Melbourne remains active, with buyers continuing to inspect properties in the lead-up to the short seasonal pause.
While long weekends can sometimes slow activity, we’re continuing to see motivated buyers out in the market, particularly those eager to secure a property. Open home attendance has remained consistent, and enquiry levels continue to show buyers are still actively engaged.
Importantly, we will still be conducting selected open homes on Saturday, as advertised online. This ensures buyers still have opportunities to inspect and make decisions, while sellers continue to benefit from exposure during this key period.
The weeks leading into Easter have been busy, and this momentum is expected to carry through into the weekend itself. We’re seeing an interesting shift in the rental market across Melbourne. While some assume activity slows over a long weekend, we’re continuing to see consistent enquiry and motivated renters still looking to secure their next home.
