We take it from here, contacting all parties involved and arranging full assessment and file hand over. All while communicating with your tenant scheduling an onsite inspection and/or introduction.
Authorise
At this stage, we will gather all required documentation authorising our team into action, and begin an in-depth performance analysis to ensure your property is on track.
Ongoing service
You are now working with OBrien Clark. Our fully trained staff will work with you to ensure your property complies with the most recent RTA legislation amendments and any opportunities to increase asset value.
