PATSAV is the rst entertainment academy from Telangana region to be certied by the “Media and Entertainment Skill Council' of the National Skill Development Council under Skill India Initiative Skill India is an initiative of the Government of India which has been launched to empower the youth of the country with skill sets which make them more employable and more productive in their work environment. Skill India is a campaign launched by the Prime Minister in July 2015, which aims to train over 40 crore people in different skills by 2022.

The Council has been promoted by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) with support from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

Any course certied by the MESC has to meet National Occupational Standards. There is a standardization of Training Process & Certication. In that light winning an MESC certication gives PATSAV the credibility of delivering skills and training that are at par with national standards. The courses also meet the essential requisites of development of required skills, with a focus on growth & competitiveness within the Industry.

For those undergoing the training, it means a huge advantage with respect to employability. National Occupational Standards (NOSs) specify the standard of performance, knowledge and understanding when carrying out a particular activity in the workplace. The foremost technical knowledge in the art of professional DJing is to learn how to beat match.

Students undergo complete training and practice to master the art of beat counting and matching.

The fundamentals of music structure - beats, bars and graphs are predominantly explained and illustrated through various music styles.

Time is the essence in a live performance setup and DJs develop the art of managing their music in a sequential and organized manner. Current advancements in digital technology have enabled better management of music by making the formats smaller and more concise. Electronic Music Production is one of the most creative and challenging fields of art and entertainment of the modern world. Music Producers or Music Directors are required almost every place where there is a need to arrange and create music. What does a sound engineer really do? A sound engineer also known as an audio engineer is a trained professional who has to work around and with the mechanics of recording, mixing, and reproducing sound. A sound engineer is denitely not the same as a sound producer, or writer, as they have to deal specically with the mechanical and technical aspects of sound and music and nothing else.

A sound engineer has to often assist musicians and record producers in such a way that their work gets the sound that they have been hoping to achieve. A sound engineer will be responsible towards piecing together different parts of a song, add some synthetic sounds to the existing track or even use auto-tune on a recording.

The good news is that sound engineers with their technical capabilities can remain in sound engineering or even pursue a dual career as an engineer as well as producer.
