Reasons could include connectivity, collaboration, culture, ability to work effectively, tools and technology, etc. Utilizing our group’s tool used to develop scenarios to address the reasons for returning. Overlay your organization’s existing workplace layout and reallocate the utilization of space by balancing safety with employee experience and effectiveness. Key areas of consideration include the following:

◼ Creation of new, open collaboration zones, if needed

◼ Separating existing furniture to allow for 6’ distance

◼ One-directional circulation paths and/or non-pass through zones
