We are so happy to have you join the regular golf membership category and get access to all things GOLF!

There are a few tools available at Rehoboth Beach Country Club that will help keep you informed about the activities and events offered throughout the year. If you haven't already accessed them, you'll want to, as making a tee time or booking an event is just a click away. They are:

Member Central Website

A Members-only website for Rehoboth Beach Country Club which provides online access to much of the information that is in the Members’ Handbook, plus much more It provides features such as the ability to:

Make a dining reservation or register for a Club event

Make tennis court and pickleball court reservations as well as clinic reservations

Sign up for golf tee time reservations and golf event registration through Tee Time (available on the website and through the Club app for Regular Members only.

Book fitness classes.

View the Club Calendar and keep track of key dates.

View your Club statement, billing information and pay your account balance online.

Search the Club’s Member Directory to find friend’s addresses and phone numbers You can even customize what you’d like other Members to be able to view for your own listing.

To log in, go to www.rehobothbeachcc.com.

The first time you sign in, your username and password have been preset for you as your Member number for the username and last name for the password. For example: John (primary Member) and Mary (spouse) Smith would be 1111, Smith for John and 1111A, Smith for Mary.

Once you are logged in, you can set your own username and password for future visits.

Club Central App

Just as the Member's website, the Club app gives you the same access

Download the Club app by visiting your App Store and searching "Club Central by ForeTees " Click "get" to download and open the app

Once the app is downloaded, click "Email Me My Credentials." The email account that you have with the Club will receive the username and password in which you can set up your app.

Financial Information

Club Dues and Club charges are billed monthly. Listed below by Dues Classification is the Annual Cost of Belonging. The food and beverage minimum remains $580 per fiscal year (April 1 - March 31).

Current Annual/Monthly Dues Rates

Membership Operating Dues are billed monthly in advance. The Renovation Assessment and Capital Dues are billed in the month for the month. The effective month of your upgrade you will be credited one month of Social Operating Dues and charged two months of Regular Operating Dues to make the membership account current with the billing cycle.

Dress Code

The following dress code applies to all members, guests, visitors, and spectators of RBCC for the Parking Lot, Golf Shop, Practice Areas, and Golf Course:

Men (ages 18 and over):

1. Collared shirt required.

2. Mock turtlenecks & blade collars are permitted.

3. All tops must always remain tucked in.

4. Soft spike and spikeless shoes only.

5. Headwear must be worn with brim forward.

6. Headwear must be removed once indoors.

7. See also, “prohibited attire”.

Women (ages 18 and over):

1. Collared shirt recommended.

Prohibited Attire:

1. Jeans/denim of any color/style, tee shirts, bathing suits, tank tops, halter tops, jogging suits, sweatpants, cargo shorts, and/or cut-offs

2 Shorts/skorts/skirts (any bottom) covering less than half of a person’s thigh

3. Golf shoes with metal spikes.

Pace of Play Guidelines

1st Contact - Inform group of status (10 minutes behind pace, etc.)

2nd Contact - Inform group of updated status

Improved Position (5 minutes behind pace, etc.)

Worsened Position (15 minutes behind pace)

3rd Contact - Inform group of updated status

Improved Position (no further contact needed)

Worsened Position, see below: Individual/Group must allow any subsequent Individuals/Groups to play through and/or move to the correct position on the course

In general, and part of Golf Etiquette, when possible, a slower group should defer their position to a faster group allowing the faster group to “play through ” This offer should be made at the earliest and most appropriate opportunity (Even if the expected pace of play is being upheld by the slower group )

Guest & Social Restriction

A guest or Social Member may only make use of the course six times per person on the Membership per calendar year at the current guest rate. Social golf rounds are limited to 1:00pm or later. Select (Nonmember tournaments) outings do not count against this limit. The Golf Committee or the Golf Professional may allow additional times at their discretion without interfering with the intent of this rule. Social members may not host guests for golf. No more than one guest is permitted on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends, i.e.; one couple may bring a guest couple. Immediate family members are exempt

Join a weekly league for the season (April 2 - October 30)!

You can do so by going to Tournament Information on the website or by clicking, Golf Event Registration on the ClubCentral by ForeTees app.

Perry Weather

If you are curious on how the weather is at Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Members can check out the Perry Weather system on the Club website under Golf < Perry Weather or via the ForeTees app. You can find the Perry Weather system on the ForeTees app under “My Daily Golf Info” < Perry Weather.

RBCC Performance Center

The Golf Performance Center is open and available to the membership to book in 30-minute increments for $10 per usage. It is also utilized by the Golf Professionals for individual lessons. To book the Performance Center, visit the “Book a Golf Lesson” tab on the website, click on the Lesson Pro drop down and select “RBCC Performance Center” and follow the prompts. To book the Performance Center on the ForeTees app, select “Make A Tee Time” and click Menu in the upper left corner. From there click on Lessons < Individual Lessons and select RBCC Performance Center in the “Lesson Pro” drop down.

Lessons and Clinics

All Regular Golf Members can participate in any individual or golf lessons. You may book a lesson with a Golf Professional via the Club website or ForeTees app. Chris Gray is the Lead Golf Instructor and can be contacted at chris@rehobothbeachcc com

2024 Golf Fees

Below is a brief description of these annual fees. Please note that if you have utilized any of these services this previous season, your Member account will automatically be charged, unless you inform us you wish to no longer use them by April 1, 2024. Also, find the daily fees for your reference. Please call the Golf Shop with any questions (302) 227-3616.

GHIN Handicap Account - $60

Members are required to hold an active USGA handicap through GHIN if interested in participating in RBCC events. We highly recommend all members utilize this service with RBCC. It is the responsibility of the member to record and post each eligible round of golf played. This fee is for the handicap service GHIN provides the club (Billing month April)

Golf Bag Storage - $160

Members have the option to store their golf bag at the Club. This annual fee runs April 1 through March 31. (Billing month May)

Pull Cart Membership - $275

This fee is for members who wish to use RBCC’s push carts on a regular basis. Those in the pull cart membership will not be charged each individual time they take a club’s pull cart but rather pay the annual fee which runs April 1 through March 31. (Billing month April)

League Fees (excludes transportation fees)

18 Hole Ladies - $110

9 Hole Ladies - $70

Men’s Day - $250

Twilight - $5 per person weekly

Trail Fee Membership - $225

This fee is for those Members who wish to use their own personal pull cart on a regular basis. The club does not offer personal pull cart storage and members must bring and take their own pull cart following their round of golf. This annual fee runs April 1 through March 31. Members who wish to use their own pull cart but do not opt in the trail fee membership will be charged a pull cart fee of $10 for 9 holes and $15 for 18 holes (Billing month April)

Locker Storage Fee - $250

Locker rooms are available for both men and ladies in the main clubhouse. This fee is for Members who wish to keep a locker. This annual fee runs April 1 through March 31. Please note that the ladies’ locker room currently has a wait list. (Billing month May)

Hole-In-One Policy

Hole-In-One Definitions:

The hole-in-one must be made at Rehoboth Beach Country Club.

Outside events and Member-Guests are covered by thefund for the 2nd party only.

A complete 9- or 18-holes must be played for the hole-in-one to be valid.

The hole-in-one must be witnessed by at least one other person within your twosome, threesome or foursome.

A guest playing with a Member qualifies as a witness.

A child (at least 10 years old) playing with adult Member qualifies as a witness

A hole-in-one on the 19th hole is valid so long as the playing of the 19th hole is only after a completed 9- or 18-hole round and made on the first attempt

Hole-In-One Insurance Fund:

The Hole-in-one Insurance Fund was created to generate a pool of money that would be used to provide complimentary drinks for all Regular Golfing Hole-in-one Members in celebration of a Member’s unique accomplishment.

2. The Hole-in-one Insurance Fund is reconciled after each celebration. When required, the Hole-in-one Insurance Fund will be replenished by automatic assessment in the amount needed to replenish the fund to each participating membership account. RBCC staff will determine the amount of assessment needed and this amount will be added to the Member’s monthly club statement

Every year, in April, the Club will charge every Regular Membership a $10 fee for the fund and give Member’s 30 days (April 30th) to opt out on the Member’s website under Member Central or by contacting the Membership Department. Members can choose to opt out only once during the month of April and must do so every consecutive year.

Hole-In-One Insurance Parties:

Only RBCC Regular Golfing Hole-in-one Members (including spouses and designated companions) are eligible to have their drinks covered by the Hole-in-one Insurance Fund. Regular Golf Members who decide to opt out, non-regular Golf Members, and all guests will not be covered by the fund except as noted below for the day of celebration.

1. Once the hole-in-one is confirmed by the Golf Shop, a member of the Professional Staff will contact the F&B Director.

On the day of the hole-in-one, once the F&B Director has been contacted, the hole-in-one Member will be provided a drink credit of up to $350 to be used to purchase celebration drinks for their friends and golfing guests as designated by the Member. The day of celebration shall last for up to 2 hours from the time the Member arrives in the Clubhouse. If the Club is closed, only the second celebration will apply.

The RBCC Regular Golfing Hole-in-one Member may choose to use the $350 credit towards Golf Shop merchandise as opposed to celebration drinks

The Member has 30 days from the date of the hole-in-one to schedule the celebration with the F&B Director and host the event (club schedule permitting)

This celebration will take place in the 19th Hole Bar only and will be for two hours in duration 5

6. The celebration will not be advertised by the Club but will remain the golfer’s responsibility to invite Members to the celebration and inform the Club of the estimated number of attendees. The celebration will be for RBCC Members only. Members who are not part of the hole-in-one fund can still be invited, but they will pay for all drinks served.

Up to two drinks will be included in the Hole-in-one Insurance Fund for every RBCC Regular Golfing Holein-one Member (including spouses and designated companions) during the duration of the two-hour celebration.

7. No premium alcohol will be served for the scheduled celebration. 8.

Hole-In-One Opt Out:

The Hole-in-one Policy outlines the clear definition on what is considered a Hole-in-one, the Hole-in-one Insurance Fund, and addresses the Hole-in-one Insurance Parties. With the policy, Regular Golf Members can choose to OPT OUT of the Hole-in-one Insurance Fund. In order to opt out, Members must do so within the first month of the new fiscal year However, if you are upgrading mid-year, you qualify to opt out during your first month of Regular Golf Membership If you wish to be included in the Hole-in-one fund, no further action is necessary
