On behalf of the entire Talon Tribe at RBCC, we are thrilled to welcome you as the newest Member! We are excited for you to join the welcoming environment and look forward to the must-have membership experiences that await you here.
As a Member, you’ll enjoy a range of amenities, including the award-winning 18-hole golf course with a signature 19th Hole, complete racquets facility with five Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts and hitting wall area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and various dining and social event options that cater to all tastes. We encourage you to take full advantage of the events and activities we host throughout the year, which are great opportunities to connect with fellow Members and make lasting friendships.

There are a few tools available that Rehoboth Beach Country Club has created that will help keep you informed about the activities and events offered throughout the year. They are:
Members’ Handbook, Digital Club Guide and Social Calendar
The Member's Handbook is printed and distributed each year and it contains greetings from your Board of Directors and General Manager, Bylaws and Club Policies, important Talon Tribe contact information and a directory for Club Members. New handbooks are mailed to the Membership each year. The digital Club Guide and Social Calendar are available in the Club News section on the RBCC website. This hosts all information regarding Club events for the year Please refer to the Club website or app for all updated information.
Member Central Website
A Members-only website for Rehoboth Beach Country Club which provides online access to much of the information that is in the Members’ Handbook, plus much more. It provides features such as the ability to: Make a dining reservation or register for a Club event.
Make tennis court and pickleball court reservations as well as clinic reservations. Sign up for golf tee time reservations and golf event registration through Tee Time (available on the website and through the Club app for Regular Members only )
Book fitness classes.
View the Club Calendar and keep track of key dates.
View your Club statement, billing information and pay your account balance online.
Search the Club’s Member Directory to find friend’s addresses and phone numbers You can even customize what you’d like other Members to be able to view for your own listing. To log in, go to www.rehobothbeachcc.com.
The first time you sign in, your username and password have been preset for you as your Member number for the username and last name for the password. For example: John (primary Member) and Mary (spouse) Smith would be 1111, Smith for John and 1111A, Smith for Mary.
Once you are logged in, you can set your own password for future visits.
Club Central App
Just as the Member's website, the Club app gives you the same access. Download the Club app by visiting your App Store and searching "Club Central by ForeTees." Click "get" to download and open the app

Once the app is downloaded, click "Email Me My Credentials." The email account that you have with the Club will receive the username and password in which you can set up your app.
Paxton 10
RBCC uses the Paxton 10 app allows Bluetooth access to the fitness center from your smart phone. You will be formally invited via an email invite after being welcomed into the Club.

Club E-mail Blasts
The Club sends out a summary of the week’s events by email each Monday in what is calls “Eagle Tracks ” "Eagle Update," a second weekly email, is sent during the week with pertinent Member information Other announcements are also often distributed via e-mail as it is a timely way of communication. At times, the Club may use push notifications to send Members timely updates and information.
Monthly Eagle Point Newsletters
Rehoboth Beach Country Club produces a monthly newsletter referred to as Eagle Point featuring articles and updates from the various departments providing you the latest news and information. It is emailed to the entire membership and posted on the Club website at www.rehobothbeachcc.com.

Financial Information
Club Dues and Club charges are billed monthly. Listed below by Dues Classification are the Annual Dues/Monthly Dues. The food and beverage minimum is $580 per fiscal year (April 1 - March 31).

While we strive to keep your billing as accurate as possible, mistakes may occur from time to time. If you find billing errors on your monthly bill, please call the main office at 302-227-3811 and request the department in which your charges were incurred.
Online Payments
Featuring one-time or recurring payments through your Bank Account (ACH) or Credit Card* payments are accepted.
Choose statements, pay now and select your method of payment. In order to prevent late fee charges, please make your online payment no later than the 25th of the month.
