For everyday office use, we utilize Microsoft Office 365. For emails and scheduling, we utilize Outlook. For document storage, we utilize SharePoint or Teams. For team meetings and communication, we utilize Teams.

MORTGAGE AUTOMATOR
For all loan-related information, we utilize a software based in Canada called Mortgage Automator. This software tracks all loan data, keeps track of loan-related tasks, and allows us to dynamically create loan documents. There is a whole section of training documents dedicated to Mortgage Automator and the software itself provides support via email and direct chat.
