Sophomore year I DQ’d a relay by falling off the block . That was the year we were live streaming meets and someone saw it and showed it to me . I made a joke about it on Tik Tok and it has over 100 views .

Freshman year after state, seven of us rode in Manna Nelson’s giant blue van to meet the team at Freddy’s — there weren’t enough seats, so some sat on the floor. While jamming to music, we noticed Coach Nick behind us, which triggered a chaotic series of events, including ducking under windows, drawing smiley faces and “Hi Nick!” on the condensation and laughing until it hurt. At the next light, he pulled up beside us, honked and jiggled his car, which sent us further into hysteria .
