withatruer,deeperidentity, changedeverything.

“IfeltlikebeinginAustralia sparkedsomethinginme,”beamed Rebecca.“Ithinkthatbeingsofar awayfromhomegavemea greatersenseofpossibility.Helped alongbythepracticesofBuddhist MeditationandKundaliniYoga,my lifetransformedineverywhich way.Ihadbeenfeelinglikea roundpeginasquareholeinthe corporateworldforsometime whichiswhateventuallyprompted thecareerbreak.”

Somewhatserendipitously,an opportunityaroseinSydneyto providesomebusinessconsulting supportandsoRebeccasetout onanewcareerasaconsultant,

whichshedidforsixyears,before makingthedecisiontobecomea lifecoach.

“Itookasix-monthintensive routetoretrainandqualifyasa LifeCoach,”Rebeccaexplained. “Thisinvolvedstudyingcoaching theory,producingawrittenthesis aswellasmanyhoursofpractice coaching(withreallifeclients).I thentookanadditional qualificationin2019whenI studiedtobecomea Transpersonal(Spiritual)Coach. Thisgavemethefoundationto specialiseinworkingwithclients onaspiritualpath.”

Sowhat’sthedifference betweenlifecoachingand spiritualcoaching?

“IfeltlikebeinginAustraliasparkedsomethinginme.Ihadbeen feelinglikearoundpeginasquareholeinthecorporateworldfor sometimewhichiswhateventuallypromptedthecareerbreak.”
