Did you know that Rainbow Ranch is set on five acres with its own stocked trout pond? Rainbow provides easy access to all seasonal activities on site, on the mountain and down the road at Yellowstone National Park. Be sure to check in with our Front Desk to arrange your next adventure.
We offer a complimentary breakfast in the Lodge dining room daily.
The Lodge Lounge is open seven days a week from 3:30 pm, and dinner service in the dining room begins at 5:00 pm. Our lounge specializes in craft cocktails, local Montana brews and an award-winning wine list. Our dinner menu is an elevated Montana experience.
Our location and amenities make us the perfect place to celebrate. Please ask to talk to our sales team for a tour of our wine cellar and Bacchus room, and event spaces. We can help you plan the perfect birthday, anniversary, wedding, reunion, or corporate retreat.

Telephone Dialing Instructions
The Front Desk has seasonal closing hours; therefore, anyone needing to contact you after hours will need your room extension. Emergencies after-hours: Refer to posted numbers.
To Retrieve Voice Mail:
The red light on your phone will flash if you have a message.
1. Press the “Voice Mail” button on your phone.
2. Press the “Password” button on your phone.
General Lodge Information
Thank you for staying at the Rainbow Ranch Lodge. If there is anything we may assist you with, please call the front desk by dialing zero.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Lodge Rooms have a 3:00 pm check-in time and 11:00 am check-out time. To request a later check-out time, please contact the Front Desk.
Wireless Internet:
All rooms as well as the Main Lodge offer free access to Wireless Internet. The Internet network is RR Guest, and no password is needed to access it. Instead, you will be prompted to check-in on our Facebook page to receive free internet. If you don’t have Facebook, click on the button below the check-in that says, “skip check-in”.
Fax Services:
A fax machine is available at the Front Desk for your use free of charge. Please see the Front Desk Associate for any questions you may have.
Fireplace Operation: Call the front desk for assistance by dialing 100.
Housekeeping:
We are committed to being environmental stewards in the local community. As a standard, we will clean your room daily, change bed linens every third day, and replenish towels placed on the floor. If you prefer to have your bed linens changed daily, please call the Front Desk and let us know. To assist us in conserving energy, please note that a towel hanging on the rack will remain for your use. Please dispose of all personal hygiene/protective products in the trash.
Hot Tub/Jacuzzi:
Outdoor: Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Don’t forget to bring your room key with you.
Indoor: The time dial on the bathroom wall of all Pondside Deluxe rooms is for Jacuzzi bathtub.
The tub MUST be full of water before the jets are activated. Please do not use any form of bubble bath as it is not good for the Jacuzzi system. The on/off buttons for the jets are located on the time dial on the wall in Pondside Deluxe rooms.
Office Hours:
The Front Desk hours change seasonally. Current hours will be given to the guests upon check-in. To arrange for an early morning check-out, please see the Front Desk staff the night before your departure.
