SLEEPING BEAUTY PRESENTED BY RAMPS

15th - 19th January

Following on from the acclaimed ‘Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood’, Redruth Amateur Musical and Pantomime Society (RAMPS) presents another spectacular family pantomime.

Sleeping Beauty follows the classic fairytale about a princess, a prince, an evil witch, several good fairies and a fateful spinning wheel. Add in magic, music, dancing and slapstick comedy and you have the recipe for another wonderful show for all the family.

THE CIRCUS OF HORRORS

Thursday 23rd January, 8.00pm The new Circus of Horrors show will be a celebration of the 25 years and will include an amazing amalgamation of acts, driven by a rock ‘n’ roll sound scape, a show that will have you sat on the edge of your seat when not falling off it with laughter.

The almighty cast that stormed into the finals of Britain’s Got Talent is now a West End & worldwide hit and will take you on a rock ‘n’ roller coaster ride of amazing & bizarre acts.

Monday 17th February, 8pm Dance To The Music is a sumptuously beautiful, glamorous dance show created, directed and choreographed by ex Strictly Come Dancing professional Kristina Rihanoff. Kristina is excited to tour the show with even more fabulous costumes, stunning vocals and breathtaking choreography.

Hosted by heartthrob Jake Quickenden – who first found fame on the X Factor, I’m A Celebrity and Dancing On Ice – and an exciting troupe of dancers featuring Marcella Solimeo & Dylon Daniels from Dancing With The Stars, this promises to be an evening not to be missed.

This all-new show brings an exciting mix of Latin dances with individual performances from Graziano and Giada as well as entertaining group numbers with their supporting dancers.

WAITING FOR GODOT

Friday 24th April, 8.00pm Two Irish tramps meet, and await the arrival of ‘Godot’. Whilst they wait they while away the time by quarrelling, making up, contemplating suicide, trying to sleep, eating a carrot and gnawing on some chicken bones.

Godot never appears, but two other strangers, Lucky and Pozzo, in a bizarre master/servant relationship, do turn up.

Join Jones as he goes from the back of Claudia’s area to starring in his very own dance show like you have never seen before - comedy, special effects and a lot of outstanding dancing. Neil will show you the real reason he’s a three-time World Champion, eight-time British Champion and well-known choreographer in the world of Ballroom dancing. Coming live to the theatre for the first time in over 60 years....

Thursday 14th May, 7.30pm Starring James Hurn known for portraying such iconic characters as Tony Hancock, Sid James and Kenneth Williams from his hit one man show Hancock and Co. Also Starring Richard Usher and Mark Earby best know for The Goons Tour and The Lost Hancock’s - Vacant Lot. The Navy Lark sees a cast of three bring to life three classic episodes from the much-loved radio series which ran for 1959 - 1977 which originally featured Leslie Phillips, Ronnie Barker, Dennis Price and Jon Pertwee. Presented in the style of a radio performance in front of a live audience, bringing to life the classic days of radio comedy. When HMS Troutbridge docks at your local theatre it’s going to be “Ev’rybody Down!” For an evening of nostalgic belly laughs.

Gift Cards can be purchased at the box office or online and can be redeemed for tickets or food, drinks and snacks.

BOOKING INFORMATION The best way to book is via our website where you can see show details, videos and choose your seats. Online you can buy tickets for multiple shows in the same transaction, just click “continue shopping” to take you back to the list of shows. You can also choose to have them posted to you or select e-tickets to print at home.

Alternatively, you can book directly with the box office in person from 11.30am every day or by phone 01209 216278. There is a booking fee online and by phone of 70p per ticket up to £3.50. When the main box office is closed or busy, tickets can also be purchased at the Restaurant directly next door.

Accessibility The Theatre’s circle is accessed by stairs, as are the Luxury boxes. There are purpose-built wheelchair bays in the Theatre’s stalls on the ground floor with adjoining seats for accompanying family and friends. The stalls are reached via the main entrance and then a lift taking you down a few steps to the stalls corridor. For any further assistance, please call the box office and speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.
