Pedestrian Hub is a proposal for an urban intervention at a major vehicular interchange and transit hub in Beirut, with the purpose of transforming it into a walkable and pedestrian friendly area. Classroom Building is a proposal for a collaborative assignment, as part of the IPLAN program at Toronto Metropolitan University. The aim of the assignment was to design a building compliant with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) Part 3 and demonstrate the result using Revit and BIM.
Taking on the role of OBC lead, my responsibility was to conduct a comprehensive study of Part 3 and implement all its requirements into the building design to ensure compliance. The analysis included occupancy classification, firefighting provisions and fire separations, exposure protection, exits and egress among other topics

Factory Loft is a proposal for a fictitious heritage building renovation and extension.
