Education
Greater Kansas City area residents are served by 57 public school districts, with over 400,000 students. Fifteen of these districts represent over 60% of area enrollments. GIVING BACK Our Gold Key Project initiative partners with local Ronald McDonald Houses to help lessen the burden of childhood illness. For every participating home sold, we provide a one-night stay for a family to be near their hospitalized child. The partnership has raised over $1.2 million since it began in 2020 – enough to provide 4,908 free nights for families in need. $50,000 of the money raised also helped create the first Ronald McDonald House Family Room in Johnson County at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
