Education

Greater Kansas City area residents are served by 57 public school districts, with over 400,000 students. Fifteen of these districts represent over 60% of area enrollments. Niche's annual list of best public high schools gave A or A+ grades to 24 public high schools in the KC region, with eight schools landing in the top 5% of public high schools nationally.

GIVING BACK Our Gold Key Project initiative partners with local Ronald McDonald Houses to help lessen the burden of childhood illness. The partnership has raised over $1.2 million since it began in 2020 – enough to provide 4,908 free nights for families in need. $50,000 of the money raised also helped create the first Ronald McDonald House Family Room in Johnson County at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
