Introducing a new First 5 Forever program!

Connecting Mums-to-be
Session 1: Tuesday, 6 February 2024
10–11.30am at Cleveland Library
Join us for a series of weekly sessions designed to connect pregnant mums and provide them with the necessary resources and support to establish a strong foundation for their child’s future language and literacy development.
Meeting four times a month, mums at any stage in their pregnancy have a place to make new friends and share joys, concerns and questions.
It is preferable the attendees sign up for and can attend all four sessions, starting at session one in the first week of the month.
Bookings open four weeks before the session start date.
First 5 Forever tip: Reading in-utero
Babies recognise your voice even before they are born. Reading to your unborn baby promotes bonding, stimulates brain activity and could make them a better communicator later in life.
It’s never too early to enjoy reading with your little one!
The first few years of a baby’s life are a phenomenal time of growth and learning. It’s the perfect time to explore the world as you read, play, talk and sing together.
If you have a little one, come along to one of our First 5 Forever programs!
All First 5 Forever sessions are family-friendly, free and lots of fun!
