B eve ra g e p a c ka g e s include up to two bartenders for events under 150 guests. Red Gate Farms will determine the appropriate number of bartenders based on the event and guest count. Additional bartenders are $250 each. Includes 4 hours of service from the time the bar opens. Additional time may be purchased. Five hours is the maximum bar time allowed for private events. Additional bar time must be added whenever venue time is extended. Red Gate Farms requires the use of our preferred beverage caterer for all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage packages, but with several competitively priced beverage packages to choose from, we are sure you will find an option to meet your needs and budget. All alcoholic beverage packages must have a minimum of $1550 (pre-tax). All Saturdays must have an alcoholic beverage package. There is no minimum for non-alcoholic beverage packages. All guests aged 21 and up will be charged the per-person price of the package chosen. All guests ages 7-20 will be charged for non-alcoholic beverages. Red Gate Farms does not allow any outside bar s e r v i c e s o r a c a s h b a r o pt i o n . I n c o m p l i a n c e w i t h l o c a l l aw, Re d G ate Fa r m s w i l l ID all guests who appear under the age of 40 who wish to consume alcohol. Service Fees: An 18% service fee will be added to all beverage packages. Guarantees and Payment for Bar Services on Number of Guests: A final guest count is due 30 days prior to your event. Payment is due at that time. If your actual guest count is higher than what was guaranteed, this count will be added in and billed to you for payment. If the guest count is lower than what was guaranteed, you are still charged for the guaranteed guest count given. If no count is given 30 days prior to your event, you will be charged the head count used in planning. Additional charges will be billed to the Client’s credit card on file or an invoice presented to a representative on the night of the event. Staffing: Our staff will be dressed in appropriate attire for this type of event. Our pricing includes staffing for up to 4 hours beginning at the actual bar start time. Additional Rules: No shots or shooters will be served on the premises of Red Gate Farms, and its staff reserves the right to refuse service to any patron. All money paid toward the function will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. All beverage services must conclude by the contracted event end time and may not extend beyond the venue’s established cutoff time. Due to licensing, the RGF staff must handle all alcoholic beverage services. No outside alcohol is allowed at any time. Persons under the age of 21 may not be served alcohol under any circumstances. I.D.s will be checked. Violation of these policies may result in the expulsion of the guest and/or termination of the event.
