PRODUCT INFORMATION PAL Coating Remover SPC-202 is a water based coating remover which is environmentally friendlier and safer to use than traditional chemical strippers. It is supplied in gel form for brushing or rolling. It reduces health and safety risk as it is non-flammable and contains no toxic chlorinated or caustic materials.

RECOMMENDED USE SPC-202 can be applied on coatings adhered to metal, concrete, masonry, brick, and timber. The product is virtually odourless - no hazardous/toxic vapours which make it ideal for both internal and external projects.

HOW SPC TECHNOLOGY WORKS 1. Use a brush or roller application.

2. Active ingredients penetrate coating.

5. Paint is separated from substrate by scraping and/or water washing. SPC does not add to the toxicity of the paint chips.

3. SPC active components then induce “stress” on the chemical bonds of the coating.

4. SPC reaction separates coating from substrate.

6. SUBSTRATE IS READY FOR COATING Paint chips collected and disposed as dry waste. Rinse water should be treated according to local regulations.
