CELEBRATING 45 YEARS OF FAITHFUL SERVICE College Council Dinner

Ibelieveitwillstillmaintain andemphasiseitscorevalues -curious,courageous,and christ-led.
I think it'd still be veryconnected,prettyandcollaborative.
The old L Block will be demolished and maybe expanded to the land next to us.
All buildings will look like the Innovation Hub.
Hopefullystillasgreen. Ibetthey'llstillhaveto dodanceforHPE
innovationVerymodernlikehub,yummy food,hightechTVsthat connectautomatically.
More diversity.
Ithinkit'd stillbepretty connected, andvery collaborative.

Stronger newcommunities, facilities, and better subjects.
Biggerandfancy schmancy.
Moremodernandmore AIused. Depends onthestudents, thestaffandmuchmore. IfRedeemergoesonhowitis, maybetherewillbeabright futurein45years’time.
I feel like the school campus may be demolished, and everything is going to be online.
Atthispoint,IthinkRedeemer won'tbeonEarthanymoreand thatit'llbefloatinginspacewith AIteachersandliterally everythingonline.
I think Redeemer will be a highly modern and sustainable campus, with green energy powering all facilities and more open, flexible learning spaces. Buildings might include smart glass, rooftop gardens, and areas designed for collaboration rather than traditional classrooms. The gardens could be expanded into community hubs where students and families gather, blending nature with technology.
I think the uniformswillbeslightlydifferent, some areas in the school will have technologybeenrenovated, andthewillhaveevolved.
In45years,Redeemerwillbea sustainable,moderncampuswith flexiblelearningspacesandstrong globalconnections.
I think Redeemer will look maybe more futuristic and modern than now. I honestly don't know! Definitely somesortofAIprogramwillbeincoporated, that enhancesstudents'learningandwell-being.
One-on-oneclasses tocaterforlearningneedsor makelessonsmoreconvenient forteachersandstudent.
More listeninglessonsinteractiveratherthantoateachertalk.
Thesame butmoreyellow bins.

More improved classes and extra help in classes that you struggle in. I think that the school will look bigger with more student resources. MoreBigger. AI.
Betteraccessand convenientfuturistic.and AIwillplay amuchbiggerrolein studentlearning,with draftitbeingusedforfeedbackorto portalcreateresources.Therewillbeacentral customised(onlineperhaps)thatwillprovide learningsupport24/7.
I think studentsthat will no longer use textbook and pencil but new devices to be invented.
Studentswill learnthroughpersonalised,immersive,and technology-drivenexperiencesthatemphasise problem-solvingandcreativity.

cheering on their peers. These moments of encouragement and support lay the foundations of teamwork and community spirit that will continue to grow stronger year after year.
We would also like to thank our amazing P&F volunteers, who provide the foundation of support that makes our home games so special. A highlight for us has also been getting involved with the Junior School carnivals, where the enthusiasm and energy from the youngest members of our community remind us that the future of sport rests on strong beginnings.
To all students: we encourage you to keep stepping up, supporting one another, and embracing every opportunity to participate. Sport is not just about results, but about building the foundations of teamwork, growth, and pride in our community.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

“God has most surely blessed Redeemer Lutheran College. He has also blessed those who have shared in its development and its history and has granted to them to be a blessing to generations of students and their families in the future. To be a channel of those blessings to the future is at the heart of the legacy which we leave to those who are the Redeemer Lutheran College of today and of the years before us.”

- L Robin Kleinschmidt
Founding Headmaster
