Last April, all secretaries enjoyed a special lunch for their day, as a recognition for their fundamental role in the development of all the School's activities.

In April, we also delivered a practical gift to recognise the effort of all our staff from different areas of Newton College.

In May, we honoured all the School's mothers. In this activity, they enjoyed a breakfast box and pampered themselves with a delicate gift from Kalma.
MONDAY, 15 MAY 2023
In May, we also sweetened the first morning of the 2nd Term with a shared meal. The staff was welcomed with a coffee and delicious cookies from Starbucks.
In June, we also celebrated all Newton fathers with a breakfast and a present. You can see some of them wearing it in the images below.

Together with the PTA, we celebrated our teachers among many smiles!
In August, all staff had the opportunity to visit our Ecofair, which aimed at promoting their wellbeing and integral health. Through a variety of activities and stands, the fair highlighted the importance of taking care of our physical, nutritional, emotional and social health.

In June, after receiving the last new members of the PHE Department, we led an induction for new extracurricular coaches. They were able to learn about the history of the School, its values, procedures, etc.
FRIDAY, 04 AUGUST 2023
We shared two mornings to welcome our new foreign teachers. In this induction, the new team members learned more about life in Peru and the meaning of being part of our Newton Community. They also made a tour through the School and met with their level.

Newton Cup took place with the purpose of integrating the staff and encouraging sports among them, in this case: volley. It was an exciting event. We appreciate the participation of the four teams, who gave their best effort and left everything on the field in every move.
After an exciting final between Mantonewton and Empowered Teachers, it was the latter who won the cup. The second place received medals as a recognition for their effort.
This cup was not only a sports competition, but an event that strengthen bonds between peers and highlighted the importance of teamwork and dedication. Without a doubt, it was a reminder of the power that sports have to bring people together
In July, our maintenance staff had a training session on the use of chemical supplies. They learned about the importance of the correct use of these substances, considering that their wellbeing is above any procedure.

Lawyers from "Estudio Daly Otero Flórez Nuñez del Prado" led a training session for all the School staff, aimed at preventing these cases and communicating the steps to follow.
THURSDAY, 27 JULY 2023
In July, our Security, Conservation and Maintenance staff also received training on extinguishers. They learned about different types of extinguishers in order to better respond to emergencies.

Thanks to a joint effort between HR and Lockton, our insurance broker, we have added value to our EPS Pacífico policy. It now includes Oncosalud Plus coverage for the same fee as our current premiums.
Furthermore, starting June, the EPS Pacífico premium went down an additional 3%.
