FINAL AWARD [ORDER No. 23] May 1, 2019 This arbitration was initiated on April 14, 2015 by Claimant Town of Wallingford, Connecticut, Department of Public Utilities, Electric Division (“Wallingford” or “WED”) against Respondent Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative (“CMEEC”), and memorialized in a Supplemental Arbitration Agreement executed on July 24, 2015.
