Southington Police Union Endorsement Of Pam Salamone
The Southington Police Union is endorsing Pam Salamone for State Representative in the 103rd State House District. It has become a matter of extreme urgency for the Men and Women of the Southington Police Union to look for the leadership and independent thinking that Pam Salamone displays. Over the last year the landscape of Connecticut Politics has taken a turn for the worse. The priorities and safety of working families has been abandoned and ignored for an agenda that has and will raise Town budgets and make our Towns less safe. Pam Salamone will make OUR Town her priority and we know she will go to the CT Legislature and fight for her Police Officers and the Public Safety of her communities. Rep. Linehan has shown our community and her Police Officers that the priorities of Our State’s cities outweigh the priorities of Southington, Cheshire, and Wallingford. We pleaded with Rep. Linehan numerous times to vote NO on the Police Accountability Bill pointing out the unfunded mandates that ultimately raise our Taxes and the provisions in the Bill that will and already ARE getting Officers injured in the Line Of Duty. Rep. Linehan ignored our pleas and voted YES. We know our voices will be heard when Pam Salamone represents our Town in the CT Legislature. We know that her priority is Southington, Cheshire and Wallingford and not a Party line Agenda. Our Towns are being sent on a path that will lower the Quality Of Life for our Families and Children. Pam Salamone is going to put our Towns back on the right path. Pam Salamone is the right choice for the 103rd State House District and the right choice for the safety of your families, your children and your Police Officers.
