As the new school year got ready to launch, area districts began preparing policies and procedures to continue efforts to mitigate COVID-19. “I’m just stunned that we’re still talking about this,” said Jeff Solan, superintendent of Cheshire Public Schools. “After the few weeks that we were supposed to be out for
