Description : Begin your day with a Farm Tour and Harvest Experience led by Managing Director, Tyler Froberg, then join Chef Carlos Meltzer to transform your bounty into a three-course meal, enjoyed around our beautifully set harvest table. Health protocols carefully followed. Time : four hours Guests : Up to twelve guests Extras : Everyone gets an apron and recipe folder and the group gets a quilted grocery bag brimming with the harvest.
LOCALVORE EXPERIENCE
Description : This adventures begins even before your group arrives at Hope Farms and extends after with a post trip poetry activity. Arrive and take a farm tour, go on a scavenger hunt & harvest a crop with Farmer Tyler, then join Chef Carlos for a Cook the Harvest Class where you will learn to make a one dish meal which you will then enjoy along with a harvest salad at our farm table in the Gathering Barn. After lunch, join one of our farmers in the garden to enjoy an age appropriate planting activity (with takehome gift). Time : 4.5 hours Guests : up to 12, ages 6 and up Extras : Everyone gets an apron, recipes and a take home gift from the garden.

Description : We have re-imagined our award winning Seed-to-Plate Nutrition Education™ with this online food adventure for kids inspired by Marco Polo’s explorations. Basic subscription includes 24 cooking and gardening video classes released through the year, along with video glossaries featuring dozens of “How To” and “What Is This?” garden and kitchen guides and access to a live virtual field trip to Hope Farms. Members can upgrade to participate in live Zoom classes and clubs designed to teach, empower and inspire healthy eating. Membership Fees : Paid yearly or monthly.
